COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Taishi TFD2019050633 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Techno-Aoyama products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tech-motive-Tool parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Takenaka product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Techno-Aoyama such as the CYLAM6250 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 49410001C5L manufactured by Tech-motive-Tool and we are pleased to be able to service most Tech-motive-Tool systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS40 by Manufacturer Takenaka as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand XY2CH13707 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as KDRF4H equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TCG085WVLCB made by Tcg085wvlcb-G00-S-7-24-122 as well as the popular KDRI22H original spares produced by Tci Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NSPSBR1 by Technoplas and KDRF4H spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 224449 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tdc-Controller. |
