COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the T B Woods XCF40010B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Volkman products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Taimei-Seiki-Tmd-200 product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Volkman such as the 7234G1C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the X4C20010C manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TMD200 by Manufacturer Taimei-Seiki-Tmd-200 as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFS112055PMWN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Usk such as 8720159901 equipment made by Usk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV58HU72N4ZU made by Telemecanique as well as the popular ATV58HU41N4ZU original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACTS40B by Toshiba and 8720159901 spares by Usk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VFS74150UPL1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
