COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the T B Woods SS-4A-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tek-drive products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tek-drive such as the TDSV8L2P2FMTDSV8L2P2FM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F5102015C3U manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N3475N1U by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand SSW060060T2257ESZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130G304110 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ATV452U40N made by Telemecanique as well as the popular A5102015C3U original spares produced by Teco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MGU030 by Toyoda and VT130G304110 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TPVG43104NBF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trans-Power. |
