COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the T B Woods AFC4020.0B2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tek-drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the 2045A41G59 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TDSV8L2P2FMTDSV8L2P2FM manufactured by Tek-drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Tek-drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CFW700B31P0T4DBN1 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weber Brand BUS21153031030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFS116075PWN equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CFW700E142T4NBN1C3 made by Weg as well as the popular VT130G2U2220VT130G22220 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A5102030C3U by Teco and VFS116075PWN spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F5102060C3U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
