COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the T B Woods AFC2002.0B2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Volkman products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Volkman such as the VED20020CA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 672063A04A037R017F manufactured by U.s. and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature N3450N1U by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VT130G7U4055B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Techno-Drive such as KR515MKR515M equipment made by Techno-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Techno-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Techno-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CFW700E180T4NBN1C3 made by Weg as well as the popular 2400 original spares produced by Unico Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75030G12 by Volkman and KR515MKR515M spares by Techno-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATV66D23N4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
