COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Symbol PTC-860 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hardinge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sankyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hardinge such as the TCD475 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S17A673A01 manufactured by Sankyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sankyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B15038 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kernel-Sistemi-Vtm804 Brand VTM804 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XBTP012010 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 42SRU6004C made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular SXT1811TA original spares produced by Viewtronix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TB82PH2010110 by Abb and XBTP012010 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QAW3201P201AF02M4001T0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Qem.
