COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Symbol 60-70755-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Takenaka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Te parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tae product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Takenaka such as the SST810R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PT910103501X131X063171F manufactured by Te and we are pleased to be able to service most Te systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC31 by Manufacturer Tae as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tanaka-Seiki Brand 3EC301366 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Taiyo such as 6FA32BB785GDB equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NSPSBR1 made by Technoplas as well as the popular 90070310 original spares produced by Teubner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TB46101060002 by Tbi and 6FA32BB785GDB spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6510DFM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Takenaka. |
