COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Symax 30598-662-01C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moore-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore-Products such as the 39ACM12BAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5003103 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4WRTE16W8200L406EG24K31A1M by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand 4WRSE6V1031G24K0A1V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 36C774353AAG01 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 57360001KG made by Abb as well as the popular 55154607G4 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33FT80FD1AB11A21A by Endress--Hauser and 36C774353AAG01 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5DP302100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
