COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sygnetron ASO13D97-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tecnics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tai-Shi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tectron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnics such as the M2330FH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSS201801704 manufactured by Tai-Shi and we are pleased to be able to service most Tai-Shi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 56044 by Manufacturer Tectron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Syron Brand DTC140001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as KDRL1L equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XMLA300D2S11 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular TS5213N850 original spares produced by Tamagawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5690N3820 by Tamagawa and KDRL1L spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDRF25H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tci. |
