COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Switchmat 1423-12H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trane products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teledyne product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trane such as the SEN01223 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSDRF1 manufactured by Tri and we are pleased to be able to service most Tri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TES3927TT350 by Manufacturer Teledyne as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand T85820106C07002008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Topsearch such as 2475157304 equipment made by Topsearch have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Topsearch products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Topsearch" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SENPD0105 made by Tokyo-Seiki as well as the popular MG36OF20E original spares produced by Triad Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BLCDN4M12S8XSGPD by Turck and 2475157304 spares by Topsearch are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BI2CRS524AP4X2H1141S34 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
