COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sweo Controls 702580 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temposonics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tamagawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRD2L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GHM0050MD602R0 manufactured by Temposonics and we are pleased to be able to service most Temposonics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS5233N72 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tamagawa Brand TS5208N530 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Technical--Tryco such as LUPPB2MR equipment made by Technical--Tryco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Technical--Tryco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Technical--Tryco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R0338C00 made by Taylor-Wharton as well as the popular FX1BASHTP original spares produced by Techno-Aoyama-Inc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFC475 by Tb-Woods and LUPPB2MR spares by Technical--Tryco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SST810R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Takenaka. |
