COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Swagelok SS-68TSW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Temposonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XUSLTQ6B0260 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0110360503101000 manufactured by Temposonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Temposonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BI5GT18ADZ30X2B3431S34 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tamagawa Brand 5000LINE6POLE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Temposonic such as GPM0500MD601R01 equipment made by Temposonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Temposonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Temposonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XUMJ073534 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular Bi10G30ADZ30X2B1131S34 original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Bi10TQ34ADZ30X2B1131S34 by Turck and GPM0500MD601R01 spares by Temposonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Bi20G47AN4X Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
