COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Suruga Seiki KGW04060-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tekel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Technotrans parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tekel such as the TK121F10005S8CLALDDP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 851601 manufactured by Technotrans and we are pleased to be able to service most Technotrans systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XFC407 by Manufacturer Tb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Taishi Brand MG2018082501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sweo such as 9012502 equipment made by Sweo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sweo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sweo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 911G7P1510152 made by Teguar-Computer as well as the popular MPA21B603 original spares produced by Telco-Photo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS5233N77 by Tamagawa and 9012502 spares by Sweo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDRULH1L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tci. |
