COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superlube 86055 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taiyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 System-3r product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the SJN20157101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6FA32BB785GDB manufactured by Taiyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Taiyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3R646 by Manufacturer System-3r as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tecnau Brand TC1010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as KDRJ22H equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TM6S made by Tecnotion as well as the popular C700A01K216051 original spares produced by Techmotive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EBA01D by Syntron and KDRJ22H spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LD1LC030H51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
