COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior SS400BU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Takamura parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tpi-Corp. product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the 325137577131 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K6505KB manufactured by Takamura and we are pleased to be able to service most Takamura systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CE30B by Manufacturer Tpi-Corp. as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thompson Brand 64418479C937 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Timken such as L43231030000 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EX3316 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular 102025B original spares produced by Tate-Andale Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 75X3CSF by Tb-Woods and L43231030000 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BL329BXXZZZDS2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyo. |
