COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior M091-LF06C5006 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bautz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elau such as the ISH1003004400000001000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HY2002226470A85 manufactured by Bautz and we are pleased to be able to service most Bautz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JMEWDM3559T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand KT77R37DT80N4KS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hampton-Products-Co such as HPC3268 equipment made by Hampton-Products-Co have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hampton-Products-Co products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hampton-Products-Co" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LA232K made by Alm as well as the popular JD0054JMD original spares produced by Ultimate Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KK4EYYYYY033 by Kuka and HPC3268 spares by Hampton-Products-Co are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IBSIPDL2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix-Contact. |
