COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior Electric X1100E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tamura products, including obsoleted and phased-out Suzhou-Inovance parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamura such as the DQS01665575 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ISMH120B30CB manufactured by Suzhou-Inovance and we are pleased to be able to service most Suzhou-Inovance systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XMLR250M0T25 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tel-Tokyo-Electron Brand WFCNT1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as KLC25BE equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDRF3L made by Tci as well as the popular KGW04060L original spares produced by Suruga-Seiki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFCNT2 by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and KLC25BE spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ATS23C10N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
