COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Superior 440EPI10-V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Union products, including obsoleted and phased-out T-B-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Union such as the N4514416702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFC20200CHT manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC256S090 by Manufacturer Toyoda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Thomson Brand 21003A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Verteq such as 3156023000C equipment made by Verteq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Verteq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Verteq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130H3U4270 made by Toshiba as well as the popular SVA0071S original spares produced by Tokyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATV58HC13N4X by Telemecanique and 3156023000C spares by Verteq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N3475N1U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
