COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Supercool 3H7239-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the MGU030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130H9U4055 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CFW700C45P0T2DBN1 by Manufacturer Weg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has T-B-Woods Brand WFC2003OC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by T-B-Woods such as X2CXFC40075B equipment made by T-B-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire T-B-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "T-B-Woods" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CD30 made by Wright as well as the popular CFW700A06P0B2DBN1 original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFA3N8075PYA70D by Toshiba and X2CXFC40075B spares by T-B-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
