COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Therma-wave products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triad parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toledo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Therma-wave such as the 1800748 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TR362FAU manufactured by Triad and we are pleased to be able to service most Triad systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS12383K by Manufacturer Toledo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand B12CRS524ADZ30X2B1131S34 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ti-A such as 403030 equipment made by Ti-A have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ti-A products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ti-A" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMS2AF1 made by Tri as well as the popular CMS3F1 original spares produced by Tritronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8001231T by Tamagawa and 403030 spares by Ti-A are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TTSC0M0600DE002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Temposonic.
