COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumtak LMA-90B-S185YA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tel-Tokyo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Swr-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRH22L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SC2410 manufactured by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tel-Tokyo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 500002 by Manufacturer Swr-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Switching-Systems Brand SQM200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Technitron such as T275 equipment made by Technitron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Technitron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Technitron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8781 made by Teledyne-Gurley as well as the popular LA450Z142 original spares produced by Szmwkj Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the J31516 by Tb-Woods and T275 spares by Technitron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DataMike Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Techmet. |
