COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo RNHXS-1420LY-J1-20 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delroyd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Takahiro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delroyd such as the VE70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S2325F manufactured by Ohio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S12506180SRSDAF2P by Manufacturer Takahiro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cone Brand SSO73500CCJUW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flexicraft such as SLV0250 equipment made by Flexicraft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flexicraft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flexicraft" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RW16S made by Thomson as well as the popular TM2321 original spares produced by Grove Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TXT425BT by Dodge and SLV0250 spares by Flexicraft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK1280 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord. |
