COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo MC-550 PAU UMC552000-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Teco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westronics such as the CB10050701 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5277C18G02 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A5104075C3U by Manufacturer Teco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand EQ74200C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ultracon-Ii such as D4A0020 equipment made by Ultracon-Ii have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ultracon-Ii products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ultracon-Ii" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60VB00227 made by Vacon as well as the popular ATV18U72N4 original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACTS40B by Toshiba and D4A0020 spares by Ultracon-Ii are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unico. |
