COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo LHUM5-4A125RKA-AVY3-48 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the KCP169000398 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HA83NCBS manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCKFS43BK by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand KDA331003AP0U1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ageda such as K12010VB0G1c600RAL equipment made by Ageda have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ageda products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ageda" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K2013 made by Ge as well as the popular HT10x82 original spares produced by Precision-Rol-Vane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LA91844YK60 by Ffl and K12010VB0G1c600RAL spares by Ageda are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K21R200L2VLHW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Vem. |
