COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo HVC3115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sterling products, including obsoleted and phased-out Force parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Camco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterling such as the MODS2RBQ256C56C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MB21053705 manufactured by Force and we are pleased to be able to service most Force systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M387P2H28150 by Manufacturer Camco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew-eurodrive Brand KAF67LP143 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Micron such as NT34010POSP equipment made by Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K402SG0250ES72 made by Stober as well as the popular OSPE252040400550 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M1600BL241 by Falk and NT34010POSP spares by Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KT73DZ120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Factory. |
