COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo HFS1810-HS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Paterson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ferguson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Paterson such as the NC529KE1UH00A02 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P325 manufactured by Ferguson and we are pleased to be able to service most Ferguson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KA47TDT100L4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand HRF71820B5HP16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Renold such as M857811 equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renold" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KH47 made by Sew as well as the popular K77AD3 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LP090M0230111001 by Alpha and M857811 spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K704AG1090MQ20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober. |
