COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo HF230 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Volkman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Waco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the A8PU10ABFW01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20001BBG1M1021 manufactured by Volkman and we are pleased to be able to service most Volkman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSE8ATGM200 by Manufacturer Waco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trane Brand TR12811PT4B20SER0DBF00A00C0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130H2U4500 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A5102025C3U made by Teco as well as the popular TA330 original spares produced by Trust-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VFA3N8075PYA70D by Toshiba and VT130H2U4500 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N3425N1U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco. |
