COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo HC3090 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tecnoingranaggi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tecnoingranaggi such as the BGT6001315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1060100 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T854 by Manufacturer Timken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CNVMS508543 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as 9SC7011 equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM115MH made by Tem-Tsubakimoto as well as the popular MR94761L1QLD original spares produced by Tigear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B0410A111 by Textron and 9SC7011 spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FX3316 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
