COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo F-Cyclo parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hkk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the HB882CN210TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMCCB180 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HKK40SS by Manufacturer Hkk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Factory Brand KT73DZ120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nuttall such as HE80 equipment made by Nuttall have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nuttall products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nuttall" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JKN33C made by Hanson as well as the popular M5946 original spares produced by Stearns Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KAF66R420T71C4BM605HR by Sew- and HE80 spares by Nuttall are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GH23P40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Animatics. |
