COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHHS-6130Y-R2-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Textron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gerwah parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron such as the CMU403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DBK1B200 manufactured by Gerwah and we are pleased to be able to service most Gerwah systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FH47DT90L4BMG2HRES1A by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnetic Brand FF0056HC2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gam such as EPLH084005H115802 equipment made by Gam have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gam products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gam" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E449F0631359N made by Us as well as the popular D563701 original spares produced by Vulcan Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DB24252262200EMC56 by Ohio and EPLH084005H115802 spares by Gam are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EL8232518700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
