COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHHMS10-6185YB-R2-B-35 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Technical-Weighing-Services product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tci such as the KDRULH1L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFC4001 manufactured by Tb and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSBT200N50L by Manufacturer Technical-Weighing-Services as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand 27980 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tci such as A19TARGETLP equipment made by Tci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC made by Systems,-Llc as well as the popular KDRG3L original spares produced by Tci Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BBT75040 by Te-Connectivity and A19TARGETLP spares by Tci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TC1020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tecnau. |
