COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHHM-20-4235DBYB-165 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio such as the DB24252262MC140 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E17MDNS069X0DN manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DFT80N4BMG1HRZ by Manufacturer Sew-eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand FA67BDRE90L4BE5HRASB8TH2W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sealmaster such as EMP31 equipment made by Sealmaster have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sealmaster products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sealmaster" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FF7AM145KS made by Sew-eurodrive as well as the popular D564754 original spares produced by Kop-flex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F92150B5G by Baldor and EMP31 spares by Sealmaster are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CNHX6105Y15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
