COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHHM-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dodge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dodge such as the CM28J145TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E24MDSS51240EK manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPLH084005H115802 by Manufacturer Gam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand F726830XB5G3GUTBB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as D537440 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FHMQ12621 made by Grove as well as the popular FF7AM145KS original spares produced by Sew-eurodrive Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHXS6105Y11 by Sumitomo and D537440 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F231DPH1089 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
