COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHHJS-6160Y-R2-17 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torrington product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the 50NP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VPS10W manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22236KCJW33 by Manufacturer Torrington as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand L15038MM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torque-hub such as 114990N1150040616A535 equipment made by Torque-hub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque-hub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque-hub" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3MM9308WIDUM made by Timken as well as the popular AT014080S0 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Q175B030M056K1 by Tigear and 114990N1150040616A535 spares by Torque-hub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30T10810 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Synchroflex. |
