COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHH-6195DBY-SB-174 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tb-Woods products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linkbelt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Centric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Woods such as the DFLEX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMV80 manufactured by Linkbelt and we are pleased to be able to service most Linkbelt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D585570 by Manufacturer Centric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Formsprag Brand CL42155202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Boston such as F72160SB5J equipment made by Boston have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boston products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boston" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EW150B60L made by Tsubakimoto as well as the popular CNFM084105YB43 original spares produced by Sumitomo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSFG1200051120860K1V5 by Fibro and F72160SB5J spares by Boston are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F112M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo. |
