COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHH-6190Y-17 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ohio products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ohio such as the D525MC1403001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHM024075YA21 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D120B16H by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand CNH4110Y59 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delroyd such as E30034B3 equipment made by Delroyd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delroyd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delroyd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F72430ZB5JACS made by Boston as well as the popular EBD6 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F71840B5H by Boston and E30034B3 spares by Delroyd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E436HO170159N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
