COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHH-6175-R2-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued The-Carlson-Co. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader The-Carlson-Co. such as the N3501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HH814510 manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 78255X by Manufacturer Timken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tandler Brand SP2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Teijin-Seiki such as RV135A2101 equipment made by Teijin-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Teijin-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Teijin-Seiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5V10955V109X5E made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular NTP34Nematrue34 original spares produced by Thompson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5V315X6J by Tb-Woods and RV135A2101 spares by Teijin-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L43231030000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Timken. |
