COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHH-6140Y-6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kone parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the D32677 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EHV2120F100 manufactured by Kone and we are pleased to be able to service most Kone systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FA67DT80K4 by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jakob Brand ESM500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sm-cyclo such as CVVJ4165DCY187 equipment made by Sm-cyclo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sm-cyclo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sm-cyclo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNHM024075YA21 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular D1900B original spares produced by Ohio Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCMR381717SS by Ruland and CVVJ4165DCY187 spares by Sm-cyclo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FB56WG12J10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Master. |
