COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CHH4190-YSB35 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F73210B9G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D842750R manufactured by Ohio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F92460B5G by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Boston Brand F71040B4G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kop-flex such as D564754 equipment made by Kop-flex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kop-flex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kop-flex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DWV1000 made by Link as well as the popular F921G10B7G original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F92450B5G by Baldor and D564754 spares by Kop-flex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E43MDSM52240FT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith. |
