COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sumitomo CFHM8-4155YB-AV-B-21-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Browning product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the F72420B5G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXE4120WPG142RDCR manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F328N06116778N by Manufacturer Browning as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grove Brand D125523B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nord such as EL09SK90SH4 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CNHJ4110Y35 made by Sm-cyclo as well as the popular D30RLC1475G3G original spares produced by Electra Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNIIX4105Y25 by Sm-cyclo and EL09SK90SH4 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EC200412DDN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro. |
