COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stuwe D45527 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Thompson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Thompson such as the NT42005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNVXS4105SV6 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11SC7814 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand HTH300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sure-Seal such as ST52SR5 equipment made by Sure-Seal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sure-Seal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sure-Seal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H3155 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular RV135A2101 original spares produced by Teijin-Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NA03063SW90032 by Timken and ST52SR5 spares by Sure-Seal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 245014M115 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
