COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stuwe 180-22X70XB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Timken parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tb-Woods product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the 0009WW20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9185 manufactured by Timken and we are pleased to be able to service most Timken systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9SC7011 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Textron Brand MUU75A063A2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Thompson such as PB0160PN equipment made by Thompson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thompson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thompson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS400BU made by Superior as well as the popular LHH4A105RKK128 original spares produced by Sumitomo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6000 by Sumitomo and PB0160PN spares by Thompson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 751CSF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
