COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Struthers Dunn Director 4000 75F77 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Berthold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 8646626T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 810728LB3522 manufactured by Berthold and we are pleased to be able to service most Berthold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9351G1F2M by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bentley-Nevada Brand 9005001000102010201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Att such as 845307529963G114 equipment made by Att have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Att products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Att" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8803P00CO4L made by Square-D as well as the popular A02B0059C508 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8646674S by Reliance-Electric and 845307529963G114 spares by Att are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7MBR50SB12055 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fuji. |
