COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Struthers Dunn 236ABXP-200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bendix-Dynapath products, including obsoleted and phased-out Willmar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bendix-Dynapath such as the 4201274 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25060X manufactured by Willmar and we are pleased to be able to service most Willmar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5144615 by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 506053 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Copes-Vulcan such as 860007 equipment made by Copes-Vulcan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Copes-Vulcan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Copes-Vulcan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1810DB7X made by Willmar as well as the popular XPSAR351144P original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8621100 by Honeywell and 860007 spares by Copes-Vulcan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 122P453H01B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
