COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Strongarm 501 CM2000 CABLEWAY ARM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Msa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 9330DC1260ZZZZA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 486249 manufactured by Msa and we are pleased to be able to service most Msa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10907854820 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1P6AV66430DB011AX1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hartford such as 840431 equipment made by Hartford have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hartford products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hartford" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1400ELKC6G2711EK14C6 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular DC00005A02 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1201HAP by Allen-Bradley and 840431 spares by Hartford are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2700902 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix-Contact. |
