COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Strongarm 404-151T00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tai-Shi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Svf-Flow-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tci product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tai-Shi such as the GSS201801704 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS76666ATTRBL3 manufactured by Svf-Flow-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Svf-Flow-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDRJ22H by Manufacturer Tci as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sweo-Controls Brand 722512 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Taishi such as VSG201805702 equipment made by Taishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TL5150UCL made by Takenaka as well as the popular G242C original spares produced by Tecdis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCB13501 by Tasc-Drives-Inc. and VSG201805702 spares by Taishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SC1ONIA0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tde-Automazione-Vicenza. |
