COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Strongarm 39-8142 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Taylor-Wharton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tci product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Taylor-Wharton such as the R0368C30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHMS106185YBR2B35 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KDRJ24L by Manufacturer Tci as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tecnos Brand IOTC89 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Swan such as A25431000 equipment made by Swan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LDA169254 made by Sumtak as well as the popular GHSER7501000A original spares produced by Te-Connectivity Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS742N10 by Tamagawa and A25431000 spares by Swan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6318 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sylvania. |
