COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stromrichter AB4111.318 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Vacon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the CFW700D86P0T2DBN1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV58HD12N4XZU manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NXS00075A2H1SSSA1A20000C2 by Manufacturer Vacon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Teco Brand A5102040C3U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tamagawa such as 581124BITLPS5V75 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X2C40150B made by T-B-Woods as well as the popular 70340AA original spares produced by Volkman Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130H1U2055B0 by Toshiba and 581124BITLPS5V75 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HK30AA051 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
