COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stromberg SAFT-187-CON parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Benchmark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the TCODA161 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKKT10514E manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T6DC0450082L28B1 by Manufacturer Benchmark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand TM400EZ2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daytronic such as SPS6701 equipment made by Daytronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daytronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daytronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SKM40GD121D made by Semikron as well as the popular SP16DRA original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SKNH9116E by Semikron and SPS6701 spares by Daytronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKKT13116E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron. |
