COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Stromberg MEM86-192K/MEM86-192K+192KPM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lesco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lesco such as the OLB1016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MW100 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SHJD69300H by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Liebert Brand SITELINK12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Robertshaw such as RMSCU1000 equipment made by Robertshaw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robertshaw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robertshaw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEL221F221F004256MHGBSEL made by Schweitzer-Engineering as well as the popular OCMDPR85PDSTACV original spares produced by Digital Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGP1602 by Rietschle and RMSCU1000 spares by Robertshaw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MIKP61001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron-Corp. |
